Turbine Brooklyn is a 12-story, 280,000 square foot, adaptive re-use office building consisting of new and existing structures, private terraces, indoor parking, and retail space. The redevelopment at 29 Ryerson symbolizes the area's economic rebirth, embraces the Tech Triangle neighborhood, and makes a conscious effort to integrate green space into its design. Vast ranks of state-of-the-art Linotype machines once populated the building. Nowadays, this spirit of inventiveness, of the enhanced interplay of ideas, is still powered by The Turbine–and the many creative types who arrive here.
